Information For Readers

We do not encourage readers to sign up here for the publishing notification service for this journal.

Readers can not register a user account with the journal. The Journal Manager will register all user accounts. Managing Editor or Consulting Editors may register user accounts for reviewers.

As per our open access policy, we guarantee that no university library or individual reader will ever have to buy a subscription or pay any pay-per-view fees to access articles in the electronic version of the journal.
